From now until January 31st, our current families have the opportunity for priority enrollment and acceptance before we open registration to new families! Furthermore, if re-enrollment forms and new student applications are submitted before January 31st, the registration fee will be discounted to $150 per family. All other deadlines must be met as well in order to qualify for the discounted rate and priority acceptance. This fee will not be charged until July 2023, but it must be paid even if enrollment is withdrawn.
The online enrollment form is on your Parent Square account and will only take a few minutes of your time, so we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity soon! Please complete one for each student. If you have any trouble accessing the form, please contact Madalene Baird.

Fees indicated on the enrollment form will be added to your FACTS account in July 2023 unless you submit a payment to the office prior to that date. The enrollment fee is non-refundable and must be paid even if enrollment is withdrawn.
To apply for Financial Aid, sign into your existing FACTS account and select the Financial Assistance Application for 2023-2024. Applications open on February 15th.

Tuition Agreement: Once the business office enters all charges and credits to your FACTS Payment Plan, (including financial aid award if you qualify), you will receive an email from FACTS itemizing your transactions, by student, and your payment plan with dates and amounts. Shortly following, you will receive an email from Adobe with your Tuition Contract. This will include the information from FACTS and additional instructions at the bottom. If you accept this Tuition Contract AS IS, acknowledge the statement of responsibility and sign the form. If you do not accept this Contract as is, then reach out to the business office to discuss options. Preparation to Applying for Transfer Students:
We require a Confidential Teacher Recommendation as part of our admissions process to determine if we will be able to meet the needs of the applicant and to facilitate a smooth transition with an in depth understanding of the student. Please complete this form to request a recommendation from your child’s teacher. For grades 6-12, please complete this for at at least two teachers of core subjects such as reading and math.
For students applying to 10th-12th grades, please obtain a high school transcript for submission
For students with an IEP, ISP, or 504, please obtain a copy of this documentation for submission.
These documents can be uploaded on the application form, emailed to mbaird@thewwcs.com, or submitted at the school office. No photos are allowed, scans only. However, the application is not complete until we receive all required documents.
Failure to submit the above documents before January 31, 2023, will result in delayed acceptance and/or loss of priority enrollment.
STEP 1: Please apply by completing the New Student Online Form for 2023-2024. This can be found linked to the Parent Square post for enrollment. (Once you begin the application you must complete it before closing because the information will not be saved.)
(KINDERGARTEN STUDENTS: All incoming Kindergarten students must be evaluated prior to admission. For students enrolled at the ELC, a recommendation in the Spring by the teacher will be sufficient. For students outside of our school system, Mrs. Acock will contact you in April or May and results will be given no later than May 31st, 2023.)
STEP 2: Once all documentation has been received, Mr. Lesko will determine if an interview is necessary prior to acceptance.
STEP 3: After the interview and/or evaluation is completed (if needed), you will be notified if this student has been accepted by the Walla Walla Catholic Schools and you will be invited to complete his/her enrollment via email.
STEP 4: Once the enrollment paperwork is completed, your child’s tuition & fees will be added to your tuition contract.
