Dear WWCS Families,
 
 First of all, thank you to all of you for your continued presence in our schools. Each family and student is a valuable part of our community and we are truly grateful for you. Please read the following important information about enrollment for 2024-2025. There are a few changes you should be aware of. 
 
 Normally, we open priority enrollment for current families from December through February 1st, however, in years past our tuition contracts and financial aid awards are not sent out until April. This year, we would like to narrow the gap between enrollment, FA awards, and tuition contracts. Therefore, we will make the following changes:
 
1. Any current student's seat will be automatically reserved until we open up enrollment the first week of March. 

2. Current families with NEW STUDENTS (including ELC PRE-K students applying for KINDER) will be able to apply beginning January 16th and will have PRIORITY PLACEMENT through FEBRUARY 15th. LOOK FOR THE APPLICATION LINK IN PARENT SQUARE. 
 
 3. In order to award Financial Aid by March, we will be opening up the application early, on December 15th, with a deadline of February 15th. We are asking families that wish to apply for financial aid to submit the application as soon as possible starting December 15. You can even upload your 2022 Tax Returns now and then when your 2023 W-2's are available, upload those. This will allow us to expedite the process. However, the deadline for the application will be February 15th unless there are extenuating circumstances that you discuss with us. Please reach out to Michelle Green at [email protected] or 509-525-3030 with any questions about applying for financial aid.
 
 4. Even though current students will have their spaced reserved, we will be sending out an "Intent to Enroll" form via Parent Square that will be an easy way of helping us to understand how many students will likely be returning next year. This is important for planning purposes for the school, so I kindly ask all families to take a moment to fill out that form, which will be sent on December 15th.   
 
TIMELINE IN SUMMARY:

• DECEMBER 15th: Intent to Enroll Form sent & Financial Aid opens!
• JANUARY 16th: PRIORITY ADMISSIONS opens for New Students 
• FEBRUARY 15th: Financial Aid & Priority New Student Admissions deadline
• MARCH (1st week): PRIORITY Enrollment Opens & Financial Aid Awards given.
